Antonella Barba

Singer was born on November 26, 1986, at Santa Monica California. She is the child of her dad Vincenzo and her maternal grandmother Valerie Barba. When she was six, the family relocated into Point Pleasant New Jersey. After moving to New Jersey, she finished her studies through Red Bank Catholic High School. Following her graduation of Catholic University with a Bachelor's in Architecture, she continued her studies at the school. In addition, she was a player on the violin at the age of 4 and was known by the name of Violin Lady. As a result of her music performance, she was referred to as Violin Girl. She also taught the violin to neighborhood kids. In the six season of American Idol, she sang Free in 1976 when she was nineteen. She was subsequently eliminated finishing 16th on the show. In addition, she has performed other songs like The Christmas Song (2009) and Out for Blood (2010). She also appeared in a variety of TV shows like Jimmy Kimmel Live! Antonella Barba rose to stardom singing in the United States in the sixth season of American Idol. Following her elimination from the top 16 of American Idol, Antonella Barba began to act onscreen. This is why she's appeared in small roles in films and also competed in Fear Factor's season in 2012. Daily Mail reported that on 21 November 2019 she received an almost four-year sentence for years for conspiring to distribute Fentanyl. The singer plead guilty in July of possessing over four hundred grams fentanyl for the purpose to distribute. However, she was arrested in Virginia at the end of October in 2018, after she attempted to transport two pounds of fentanyl into a stashhouse.
